With it nearing time for school to start, we decided to spend some time doing something fun. I don't know what y'all do for fun, but this is what we do.
We spend time with Grandma.
We ate lunch together, drove to the city an hour away, spent time at a Christian bookstore, stopped for a snack, did a little Christmas shopping, drove around said city while grandma remembered :-) things from her past, drove part way home, stopped for supper and then finished the trip. Then once we arrived home, we played the ol' switcheroo and everyone (children) loaded up into her car and off they headed to her house.
Yes, you read that right! I have spent the night home alone! I have been busy, too. So far, I have washed 3 loads of laundry-folded one, checked my e-mail, signed birthday cards, synced my phone, searched on-line for an item for my in-laws and gone over/watched 2 lessons for Luc's new Math program.
WOW, no wonder I am feeling just a little tired! I trust y'all had as good a Tuesday as I did! It just got better as T just walked in the door! Time to relax!
