Last, But Not Least...

and cursive, now she is in Junior High. 

The time really does fly by.

 She has always wanted a white dress, thanks to someone special, she finally got her wish!

I wish I had taken a picture when I first looked out the window this morning, there was hardly any water on the other side of the bridge at that point.  By the time I took the last picture, the "raft" was actually floating.

Tuesday's Word~Updated

Here in our little part of the world, God has blessed us with a warm, sunny day.  I, for one, am extremely thankful for it.  Days like this are few and far between this time of year.

Believe it or not, I am going to have some posts that have nothing to do with our word of the week or pictures of my children.  Yes, I still have a couple more (pictures, that is) to post about, but then I will be done.

Usually I scan and scan Ty's vocab book, searching for a word.  This week, our word picked me.  It literally jumped off the page when I opened the book.  Hope you enjoy!

Friday was my nephew's birthday.  J turned 8 and I was remiss in wishing him a

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

I could say I slept through Friday, but that would be a lie.

Ty was not able to masticate his food, without pain, because he had his braces tightened.

Is it just me or does it seem like the time flies from Tuesday to Tuesday?

Today are word is one that I think some of you might "know". Of course I really like it when y'all think you "know" the meaning, that is so much more enjoyable!

This afternoon we are off to run errands, visit the chiropractor and get Ty's pictures taken. I am really hoping Beth's will be in so we can pick them up. Hers turned out so great, we had a hard time choosing. I hope Ty's turn out that good!

Another Tuesday...Another Word

I have enjoyed having blogs to read these last few weeks and for those of you who are faithful "update-ers", thank you!

I want to blog, I want to tell you all about what is going on in my little corner of the world, I want to tell you what my children are doing, I want to let you know how the work in our new bedroom is going.

However, I can't seem to find the get my wherewith all together. I am not sure what is wrong with me. Maybe it is all the prescription drugs I took after my surgery or maybe it is...maybe...oh, I don't know what it is. It just is.

I will be waiting...I will be thinking...I will try to get something together to blog about...I hope.
