~Disclaimer: I started this post last night and finished to post today(luc is still not feeling well, fever and a terrible cough), I hope I don't cause any confusion.~
It is 7:15 p.m., and I am updating my blog while I am home from prayer meeting with a son that does not feel well. My day started with said son poking along in his school work. Luc spent more than one hour just copying a poem, I knew right then that something was not right. He did get work accomplished, but I thought it was more important for him to rest. So, he spent some time resting this afternoon. Currently he his "lounging" on the love seat watching TV. He does have a fever, I am not sure what he has, but he has been clearing his throat, coughing and blowing his nose. I guess we will soon find out.
Even with Luc not feeling well, I have been very productive today; laundry, picking up/organizing, school scheduling, you all know-Mom stuff. I really like days like today! I even had to fix dinner tonight. For those who don't know, Beth is the one who usually fixes dinner. She had a ton of Math to do, and didn't have time!
Tuesday we spent the afternoon with Mommy. She came to show off her new little bundle and to have lunch with us. We ate at Hofmann's and it sure was good! During the winter months we do not get to see her for lunch as often as we would like, and it was great to see her and to enjoy the nice weather all at the same time. After spending the day together, it was time for us to go and "new"car look/shop. We have been looking for a different vehicle for about 6 weeks, and it has been somewhat trying and discouraging. It is a long and tedious story...anyway.
Monday was a fantastic Monday, and I do not say that lightly. We didn't do anything special, it was just a good school day, it was another day where I was able to get a lot accomplished and the weather was awesome!
So, that is my life so far. I may have some exciting news to blog about, but we will just have to wait and see. I hope y'all have had a great week. I am hoping mine continues! Just think, Spring is just around the corner!
