Where Were We? ~UPDATED!! Finally :-)

A case of monkey see...monkey do.

Beth wanted in on the action as well.

Here, guy.  Have my hat.

Beth's new boyfriend?!

So, where do you think we were?

We were at the
in Pensacola, Florida!

And just so you know I didn't forget...

 COZEN \'k-zn\ v
1: to deceive, win over, or induce to do something by artful
coaxing and wheedling or shrewd trickery
2: to gain by artful coaxing or tricky deception

...is our word for the week.

One Closet...Three Workers

One of the last things we wanted to get done before we
called for our final inspection was our closet.

Here is our closet before.

The "men" working on the components.

The older brother helping the younger.
Even if he wanted to do it himself!
:-)

Installing all the pieces.

Yes, he is reaching for his phone.  A job
just wouldn't be complete without
a call from work.

Just what I like in a man.  He can
build and he can clean! Woo-hoo!
We just need to finish the baseboard on the
wall to the right.

Birthday Recap

Sunday was my birthday and we celebrated by
going to church and then out to lunch.
We were blessed to have my parents and Tom's mom and Ed join us for both.
We went to a new place for lunch, and pretty much everyone enjoyed it.
That's saying a lot, when you're feeding ten people.

I won't bore you with all the details, but I thought
I would give you a peek at my gifts!

New iPhone cover
from Ty

2 books from Beth

Small Vera Bradley
pouch from Lys

iTunes giftcards
from Luc

CD of the concert
Tom took me to,
Riverdance!  It was so awesome in person, not so much on the CD.

The VB purse is from my mom. Oh, and the "stack" of notepads and the pen.
They were from Tom...well, actually, they were free from Hallmark :)
But then, I love a good pad!

I also was treated to an awesome...

Sorry, I can't show it to you.  It is gone, gone, gone!
The girls were able to get pictures of it before it was gone, but I don't have the time to fetch their SD cards.

Thanks for letting me share my day with you!
It really was a great day.
I loved having so many FB postings/twitter wishes and spending the day with my family.
